"Service" refers to the LinguaFlow platform and all related services.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to individuals or entities accessing or using the Service.
"We," "us," or "our" refers to the owners and operators of LinguaFlow.

3. User Accounts
3.1. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Service Usage
4.1. Permitted Use
You may use LinguaFlow solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Service:
a) In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
b) To transmit or facilitate the transmission of any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity.
d) To engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
e) To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
4.2. Translation and Language Services
LinguaFlow provides translation and language-related services. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all translations or language services will be error-free or suitable for specific purposes.
4.3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any part thereof.

5. User Content and Engagement
5.1. Content Ownership
You retain ownership rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content to LinguaFlow, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service.
5.2. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit such content.
5.3. Content Removal
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
5.4. User Engagement and Performance Tracking
We track user engagement metrics including course completion, quiz performance, time spent on the platform, and other interaction data. This information is used to improve the Service and to determine eligibility for prizes and rewards as described in Section 9.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Service Ownership
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LinguaFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2. Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
6.3. Restrictions
You may not:
a) Modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service.
b) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
c) Use any automated means, including but not limited to agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Service.

7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://linguaflow.et/privacy for information on how we collect, use, and share your information.

8. Payment Terms
8.1. Service Fee
The basic service fee for LinguaFlow is 3 Birr daily. This fee provides access to all standard features of the platform including language courses, quizzes, and eligibility for prizes and rewards.
8.2. Billing and Collection
The daily service fee will be collected through your selected payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring daily basis until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.
8.3. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as specified on the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including name, address, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
8.4. Non-payment
Failure to maintain a valid payment method or sufficient funds for the service fee may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
8.5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change the service fee, we will provide notice of the change on the Service or via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

9. Rewards and Prizes
9.1. Prize Structure
LinguaFlow offers the following prizes to eligible users:
a) Weekly Rewards: Airtime cards worth 100 ETB for 50 selected users.
b) Monthly Rewards: Three (3) smartphones and electronic money transfers of 5,000 ETB for 3 selected users.
9.2. Eligibility and Selection
a) To be eligible for prizes, users must maintain an active account with valid payment status during the relevant period.
b) Winners are selected based on course engagement metrics and quiz scores as displayed on our leaderboard.
c) Our selection process evaluates multiple factors, including consistency of use, progress through courses, accuracy in assessments, and overall platform engagement.
9.3. Prize Distribution
a) Weekly winners will be announced and notified every Sunday.
b) Monthly winners will be announced and notified on the first day of the following month.
c) We reserve the right to request identity verification before distributing prizes.
d) Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
9.4. Modifications to Prize Structure
We reserve the right to modify the prize structure, eligibility criteria, or selection process at any time. Any changes will be announced on the service at least 7 days before implementation.

10. Termination
10.1. Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the service or by contacting us.
10.2. Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
10.3. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Disclaimers

11.1. Service Provided "As Is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2. Accuracy and Reliability

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure or that defects will be corrected. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service or any content therein.

11.3. Translation Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate translations and language services, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy or suitability for specific purposes, including legal, medical, or other specialized contexts.

11.4. Reward Program

While we make every effort to award prizes as described, we do not guarantee the availability of specific prizes. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize eligibility is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LinguaFlow and its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the rules of the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Center.

14.3. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and you waive your right to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or consolidated action.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

16. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and LinguaFlow regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

16.2. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.

16.3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

16.4. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, or internet failures.

እንኳን ወደ ሊንጓፍሎው ("አገልግሎት") በደህና መጡ። እነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች በhttps://linguaflow.et/እና ከዚህ ጋር በተያያዙ መተግበሪያዎች ወይም መድረኮች (በአጠቃላይ "ሊንጓፍሎው") ላይ ያለውን የሊንጓፍሎው ድረ-ገጽ፣ መተግበሪያ እና አገልግሎቶች አጠቃቀምዎን ይገዛሉ።

ሊንጓፍሎውን በመጠቀም ወይም በመድረስ፣ በእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች መገዛትን ተስማምተዋል። ከእነዚህ ውሎች ማንኛውም ክፍል ካልተስማሙ፣ አገልግሎታችንን መጠቀም አይችሉም።

2. ትርጓሜዎች

በእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ውስጥ፡
"አገልግሎት" የሊንጓፍሎው መድረክን እና ሁሉንም ተዛማጅ አገልግሎቶችን ያመለክታል።
"ተጠቃሚ"፣ "እርስዎ" ወይም "የእርስዎ" አገልግሎቱን የሚጠቀሙ ወይም የሚደርሱ ግለሰቦችን ወይም ድርጅቶችን ያመለክታል።
"እኛ"፣ "እኛን"፣ ወይም "የእኛ" የሊንጓፍሎው ባለቤቶችን እና አስተዳዳሪዎችን ያመለክታል።
"ይዘት" በአገልግሎቱ በኩል ሊገኝ የሚችል ጽሑፍ፣ ኦዲዮ፣ ቪዲዮ፣ ትርጉሞች፣ ግራፊክስ እና ሌሎች ቁሳቁሶችን ያመለክታል።

3. የተጠቃሚ መለያዎች

3.1. የመለያ ምዝገባ

የአገልግሎቱን አንዳንድ ባህሪያት ለመድረስ፣ መለያ መመዝገብ ሊያስፈልግዎ ይችላል። በምዝገባ ሂደቱ ወቅት ትክክለኛ፣ የቅርብ ጊዜ እና ሙሉ መረጃ መስጠት እና እንደዚህ ዓይነቱን መረጃ ትክክለኛ፣ የአሁኑን ጊዜ እና ሙሉ ለማድረግ ለማዘመን ተስማምተዋል።

3.2. የመለያ ደህንነት

የመለያዎን ተለይ የመግቢያ መረጃዎች ሚስጥራዊነት እና በመለያዎ ስር የሚከናወኑ ሁሉንም እንቅስቃሴዎች ለመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት አለብዎት። መለያዎ ያለ ፈቃድ ጥቅም ላይ መዋሉን ወይም ሌላ ማንኛውንም የደህንነት ጥሰት ካወቁ ወዲያውኑ እንድናውቀው ተስማምተዋል።

3.3. የመለያ ማቋረጥ

በራሳችን ውሳኔ፣ ያለማሳወቅ፣ እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎችን እንደሚጥስ ወይም ለሌሎች ተጠቃሚዎች፣ ለእኛ ወይም ለሶስተኛ ወገኖች ጎጂ እንደሆነ ለምንወስነው ወይም ለሌላ ማንኛውም ምክንያት ሆነን ስለሚያካሂዱት ድርጊት መለያዎን የማገድ ወይም የማቋረጥ መብት እንጠብቃለን።

4. የአገልግሎት አጠቃቀም

4.1. የተፈቀደ አጠቃቀም

LinguaFlowን ለህጋዊ ዓላማዎች ብቻ እና በእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች መሰረት መጠቀም ይችላሉ። አገልግሎቱን አለመጠቀም ተስማምተዋል፡-

  • ሀ) ተፈጻሚነት ያላቸውን ህጎች ወይም ደንቦች በሚጥስ ማንኛውም መንገድ።
  • ለ) ህገወጥ፣ ጎጂ፣ አስፈራሪ፣ አጸያፊ፣ ማስጨነቂያ፣ ሀሜታዊ፣ እረፈተ ቃል፣ ወሲባዊ ወይም በሌላ መንገድ ተቃውሞ ያለበት ይዘት ለማስተላለፍ ወይም ለማመቻቸት።
  • ሐ) ሌላ ሰው ወይም አካል ለመምሰል ወይም ለመምሰል መሞከር።
  • መ) በአገልግሎቱ ውስጥ የሚገኙትን እንቅስቃሴዎች የሚያደናቅፍ ወይም የሚረብሽ ማንኛውም እንቅስቃሴ።
  • ሠ) ወደ አገልግሎቱ ማንኛውም ክፍል ወይም ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር የተገናኙ ማንኛውም ሲስተሞች ወይም አውታረ መረቦች ያለአግባብ ለመድረስ መሞከር።

4.2. የትርጉም እና የቋንቋ አገልግሎቶች

LinguaFlow የትርጉም እና ከቋንቋ ጋር የተያያዙ አገልግሎቶችን ይሰጣል። ትክክለኛነትን ለማሳካት የምንጥር ቢሆንም፣ ሁሉም ትርጉሞች ወይም የቋንቋ አገልግሎቶች ከስህተት ነጻ ወይም ለተለየ ዓላማ ተስማሚ እንደሚሆኑ ዋስትና መስጠት አንችልም።

4.3. የአገልግሎት ለውጦች

አገልግሎቱን ወይም ማንኛውንም ገጽታዎች ወይም ክፍሎች ለጊዜያዊነት ወይም ለዘላቂነት ያለ ቅድመ ማስታወቂያ የመቀየር ወይም የማቋረጥ መብት እናስጠብቃለን። ለአገልግሎቱ ወይም ለማንኛውም ክፍል ለማንኛውም ማሻሻያ፣ ለማገድ ወይም ለማቋረጥ ተጠያቂ እንደማንሆን ተስማምተዋል።

5. የተጠቃሚ ይዘት እና ተሳትፎ

5.1. የይዘት ባለቤትነት

ለአገልግሎቱ የሚያስገቡትን ወይም በአገልግሎቱ በኩል የሚለጥፉትን ወይም የሚያሳዩትን ማንኛውም ይዘት የባለቤትነት መብቶች ያዝዎታል። ይዘትን ወደ LinguaFlow በማስገባት አገልግሎቱን በማቅረብ እንዲህ ያለውን ይዘት ለመጠቀም፣ ለማባዛት፣ ለማሻሻል፣ ለማላመድ፣ ለማተም፣ ለመተርጎም እና ለማሰራጨት ዓለም አቀፋዊ፣ ቅድሚያ ያልተሰጠውን፣ ከክፍያ ነጻ የሆነ ፈቃድ ይሰጡናል።

5.2. የይዘት ኃላፊነት

ወደ አገልግሎቱ ለሚያስገቡት ማንኛውም ይዘት ሙሉ በሙሉ ኃላፊ ነዎት። እንዲህ ያለ ይዘትን ለማስገባት የሚያስፈልጉትን ፈቃዶች፣ መብቶች፣ ስምምነቶች እና ፍቃድን ይዘዋል ወይም አስፈላጊ ፈቃዶችን እንዳሎት ያረጋግጣሉ፣ ይወክላሉ እና ዋስትና ይሰጣሉ።

5.3. የይዘት ማስወገድ

በራሳችን ውሳኔ እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎችን እንደሚጥስ ወይም በሌላ መንገድ ተቃውሞ እንደሆነ የምንወስነውን ማንኛውንም ይዘት የመገምገም፣ የመቆጣጠር ወይም የማስወገድ መብትን እናስጠብቃለን።

5.4. የተጠቃሚ ተሳትፎ እና የአፈጻጸም ክትትል

የኮርስ ማጠናቀቅ፣ የፈተና አፈጻጸም፣ በመድረኩ ላይ የሚውለው ጊዜ እና ሌሎች የግንኙነት ውሂብን ጨምሮ የተጠቃሚ ተሳትፎ መመዘኛዎችን እንከታተላለን። ይህ መረጃ አገልግሎቱን ለማሻሻል እና በክፍል 9 ላይ እንደተገለጸው ለሽልማቶች እና ለሽልማቶች ብቁነትን ለመወሰን ይጠቅማል።

6. የአእምሮ ንብረት

6.1. የአገልግሎት ባለቤትነት

አገልግሎቱ እና ኦሪጅናል ይዘቱ፣ ገጽታዎቹ እና ተግባሮቹ በ LinguaFlow ባለቤትነት የተያዙ ሲሆን በዓለም አቀፍ የቅጂ መብት፣ የንግድ ምልክት፣ የፈጠራ ፈቃድ፣ የንግድ ሚስጥር እና ሌሎች የአእምሮ ንብረት ወይም የባለቤትነት መብቶች ህጎች የተጠበቁ ናቸው።

6.2. የተገደበ ፈቃድ

አገልግሎቱን ለግል ወይም ለውስጣዊ የንግድ ዓላማዎች ለመድረስ እና ለመጠቀም ውስን፣ ብቸኛ ያልሆነ፣ ማስተላለፍ የማይቻልና ሊሰረዝ የሚችል ፈቃድ እንሰጥዎታለን።

6.3. ገደቦች

እርስዎ አይችሉም፡-

  • ሀ) አገልግሎቱን ማሻሻል፣ ማላመድ ወይም መጥለፍ ወይም ሌላ ድረ-ገጽን ከአገልግሎቱ ጋር ተቆራኝቷል ብሎ በሐሰት ለማሳመን ማሻሻል።
  • ለ) ከእኛ ግልፅ የጽሑፍ ፈቃድ ሳይኖርዎት የአገልግሎቱን ማናቸውንም ክፍል ማባዛት፣ ማምረት፣ መሸጥ፣ ወይም መጠቀም።
  • ሐ) የአገልግሎቱን ማንኛውንም ክፍል ለመድረስ፣ ለመቆጣጠር ወይም ለመቅዳት ሦስተኞች፣ ሮቦቶች፣ ስክሪፕቶች ወይም ስፓይደሮችን ጨምሮ ነገር ግን በእነዚህ ያልተገደበ ማንኛውንም አውቶሜትድ ዘዴዎችን መጠቀም።

7. የግላዊነት ፖሊሲ

የአገልግሎቱን አጠቃቀምዎ በድጋሚ ጥቅም ላይ በዋለው የግላዊነት ፖሊሲያችን ይመራል። መረጃዎ   እንዴት እንደምንሰበስብ፣ እንደምንጠቀም እና እንደምናካፍል መረጃ ለማግኘት እባክዎ  የግላዊነት ፖሊሲያችንን በhttps://linguaflow.et/privacy  ይገምግሙ።

8. የክፍያ ውሎች

8.1. የአገልግሎት ክፍያ

የLinguaFlow መሰረታዊ የአገልግሎት ክፍያ ዕለታዊ 3 ብር ነው። ይህ ክፍያ የቋንቋ ኮርሶችን፣ ፈተናዎችን እና ለሽልማቶች እና ሽልማቶች ብቁነትን ጨምሮ የመድረኩን መደበኛ ገጽታዎች ሁሉ ለመጠቀም ያስችላል።

8.2. የክፍያ እና የሰብሳቢ ሂሳብ

የዕለት ተዕለት የአገልግሎት ክፍያ በመረጡት የክፍያ ዘዴ በኩል ይሰበሰባል። የመመዝገቢያዎን ወይም እኛ እስከምናቋርጥበት ጊዜ ድረስ በተደጋጋሚ በየቀኑ የክፍያ ዘዴዎን ለመክፈል ፈቃድ ይሰጣሉ።

8.3. የክፍያ ዘዴዎች

በአገልግሎቱ ላይ እንደተገለጸው የተለያዩ የክፍያ ዘዴዎችን እንቀበላለን። ስም፣ አድራሻ፣ የስልክ ቁጥር እና ትክክለኛ የክፍያ ዘዴ መረጃን ጨምሮ ትክክለኛ እና ሙሉ የክፍያ መረጃ ለመስጠት ተስማምተዋል።

8.4. ያልተከፈለ ክፍያ

ለአገልግሎት ክፍያው ትክክለኛ የክፍያ ዘዴ ወይም በቂ ገንዘብ ለማቆየት ሰለሚሰጡት አገልግሎት ማገድ ወይም ማቋረጥ ሊያስከትል ይችላል።

8.5. የዋጋ ለውጦች

ዋጋዎቻችንን በማንኛውም ጊዜ የመቀየር መብት እናስጠብቃለን። የአገልግሎት ክፍያውን ከለወጥን፣ ለውጡ ከመተግበሩ ቢያንስ 30 ቀናት በፊት በአገልግሎቱ ወይም በኢሜይል በኩል ስለ ለውጡ ማሳወቂያ እንሰጣለን።

9. ሽልማቶች እና ሽልማቶች

9.1. የሽልማት መዋቅር

  • የሳምንታዊ ሽልማቶች፡ ለ10 የተመረጡ ተጠቃሚዎች 100 ብር የኤየር ታይም ካርዶች።
  • ወርሃዊ ሽልማቶች፡ ሶስት (3) Redmi 12C ስማርት ስልኮች (3GB RAM፣ 64GB ROM) እና ለ3 የተመረጡ ተጠቃሚዎች 5,000 ብር የኤሌክትሮኒክስ ገንዘብ ማስተላለፊያዎች።

9.2. ብቁነት እና ምርጫ

ተጠቃሚዎች በትክክለኛ የክፍያ ሁኔታ እና ንቁ መለያ መያዝ አለባቸው። አሸናፊዎች በሊደርቦርዳችን እና በፈተና ውጤቶች ላይ ይመረጣሉ። የምርጫ ሂደታችን በትጋት፣ እድገት፣ እና አጠቃላይ ተሳትፎ ይመሰረታል።

9.3. የሽልማት ስርጭት

  • የሳምንታዊ አሸናፊዎች በየሰንበት ይገለጻሉ።
  • ወርሃዊ አሸናፊዎች በሚቀጥለው ወር መጀመሪያ ቀን ይገለጻሉ።
  • ሽልማቶች ከማስታወቂያ በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ መጠየቅ አለባቸው።
  • የማንነት ማረጋገጫ መጠየቅ ይችላል።

9.4. በሽልማት መዋቅር ላይ ማሻሻያዎች

የሽልማት መዋቅሩን የብቁነት መስፈርቶችን ወይም የምርጫ ሂደቱን በማንኛውም ጊዜ የመቀየር መብት እናስጠብቃለን። ማናቸውም ለውጦች ከመተግበሩ ቢያንስ 7 ቀናት በፊት በአገልግሎቱ ላይ ይገለጻሉ

10. ማቋረጥ

10.1. በእርስዎ መቋረጥ

በአገልግሎቱ ላይ ያሉትን መመሪያዎች በመከተል ወይም በማነጋገር በማንኛውም ጊዜ መለያዎን ማቋረጥ ይችላሉ።

10.2. በእኛ መቋረጥ

እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎችን ጨምሮ በማንኛውም ምክንያት ቢሆን፣ ያለምንም ቅድመ ማስታወቂያ ወይም ተጠያቂነት መለያዎን ወዲያውኑ ማቋረጥ ወይም መድረስዎን ማገድ እንችላለን።

10.3. የማቋረጥ ውጤት

በምትቋረጥበት ጊዜ፣ አገልግሎቱን የመጠቀም መብትዎ ወድያውኑ ያበቃል። የባለቤትነት ድንጋጌዎች፣ የዋስትና አሻፈረኝ፣ ካሳ እና የኃላፊነት ገደቦችን ጨምሮ በተፈጥሮአቸው መትረፍ ያለባቸው የእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ሁሉም ድንጋጌዎች ይህንን ይተርፋሉ።

11. ክህደቶች

11.1. አገልግሎት "እንዳለ" ቀርቧል

አገልግሎቱ "እንዳለ" እና "እንደሚገኝ" ነው የሚሰጠው፣ የንግድነት፣ ለተወሰኑ አላማዎች ብቁነት ወይም ያለመጣስን ጨምሮ ግን ያልተገደበ ማንኛውም ዓይነት ዋስትናዎች፣ ግልጽም ሆነ ያልታወቀ።

11.2. ትክክለኛነት እና አስተማማኝነት

አገልግሎቱ ከስህተት ነጻ፣ ያለ መቆራረጥ፣ ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ወይም እድፎቹ ይታረማሉ ብለን ዋስትና አንሰጥም። ስለ አገልግሎቱ ወይም በውስጡ ስላለው ይዘት ትክክለኛነት፣ አስተማማኝነት፣ ሙሉነት ወይም ተገቢ ጊዜን በተመለከተ ምንም ዓይነት ውክልና አናደርግም።

11.3. የትርጉም ትክክለኛነት

ትክክለኛ ትርጉሞችን እና የቋንቋ አገልግሎቶችን ለመስጠት ብንጥርም፣ ህጋዊ፣ ሕክምና ወይም ሌሎች ልዩ አውዶችን ጨምሮ ለተወሰኑ ዓላማዎች ፍጹም ትክክለኛነት ወይም ተስማሚነት ዋስትና መስጠት አንችልም።

11.4. የሽልማት ፕሮግራም

እንደተገለጸው ሽልማቶችን ለመስጠት ከፍተኛ ጥረት ቢኖረንም፣ የተለየ ሽልማት መኖሩን ዋስትና አንሰጥም። አስፈላጊ ከሆነ ተመጣጣኝ ወይም ከፍተኛ እሴት ያላቸውን ሽልማቶች የመተካት መብት እናስጠብቃለን። የሽልማት ብቁነት ከእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ጋር የሚጣጣም ነው።

12. የኃላፊነት ገደብ

12.1. የጉዳት ማግለል

በማንኛውም ሁኔታ ለተዘዋዋሪ፣ ተከታይ፣ አብነታዊ፣ ጠረፈኛ፣ ልዩ ወይም ጠንቅ ጉዳቶች፣ የተጠፉ ትርፎችን ጨምሮ፣ አገልግሎቱን ከመጠቀምዎ "የተነሳ" ወይም ከእሱ ጋር ተያያዥነት ባለው ነገር ላይ፣ እንዲህ ያለ ጉዳት ሊከሰት እንደሚችል መረጃ የተሰጠን ቢሆንም ኃላፊነት አይኖርብንም።

12.2. የኃላፊነት ገደብ

በእነዚህ ውስጥ ከተቃራኒው ነገር ቢኖርም፣ ለእርስዎ ኃላፊነታችን ለማንኛውም ምክንያት እና የድርጊቱ ቅርጽ ምንም ይሁን ምን በሁሉም ጊዜ በእርስዎ እንዳለፉት 12 ወራት ውስጥ ለአገልግሎቱ፣ ካለ፣ በእርሰዎ የተከፈለውን መጠን ይገድባል።

13. ካሳ

LinguaFlowን እና የእሱን ፈቃድ ሰጪዎች፣ አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች፣ ሰራተኞች፣ ወኪሎች፣ ባለስልጣናት እና ዳይሬክተሮች ከእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎችን መጣስዎ "ወይም" አገልግሎቱን ከመጠቀምዎ የሚነሱ ወይም ጋር የተያያዙ ማንኛውንም ቅሬታዎች፣ ኃላፊነቶች፣ ጉዳቶች፣ ፍርዶች፣ ሽልማቶች፣ ኪሳራዎች፣ ወጪዎች ወይም ክፍያዎች (ምክንያታዊ የጠበቃ ክፍያዎችን ጨምሮ) ከዚህ ለመከላከል፣ ለመጠበቅ እና ነጻ ለማድረግ ተስማምተዋል።

14. የክርክር መፍትሄ

14.1. የሚገዛ ህግ

እነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች የኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ ህጎች መሰረት ያለ የህግ ግጭት ድንጋጌዎችን ሳያገናዝብ ይገዛሉ ተብለው ይተረጎማሉ።

14.2. የክርክር መፍትሄ

ከእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ወይም ከአገልግሎቱ የሚነሳ ወይም ከዚህ ጋር የተገናኘ ማንኛውም ክርክር በኢትዮጵያ የግልግል እና የእርቅ ማዕከል ደንቦች መሰረት በአዲስ አበባ፣ ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ አስገዳጅ ግልግል መፈታት አለበት።

14.3. የክፍል ድርጊት ማስወገጃ

ማንኛውንም ክርክር ለመፍታት ወይም ለመዳኘት የሚቀርብ ሂደት ሙሉ በሙሉ በግል ላይ የተመሰረተ መሆኑን እና ማንኛውንም ክርክር እንደ ክፍል ድርጊት፣ የተወካይ ድርጊት ወይም የጋራ ድርጊት ለማየት መብትዎን መተው ተስማምተዋል።

15. በውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ላይ ለውጦች

እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች በማንኛውም ጊዜ የመቀየር መብት እናስጠብቃለን። ከፍተኛ ለውጦችን ካደረግን፣ በአገልግሎቱ በኩል ወይም በኢሜይል በኩል ማሳወቂያ እንሰጣለን። እንዲህ ካለ ማሳወቂያ በኋላ አገልግሎቱን መጠቀም መቀጠልዎ የተሻሻሉትን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች መቀበልዎን ይወክላል።

16. አጠቃላይ ድንጋጌዎች

16.1. ሙሉ ስምምነት

እነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች አገልግሎቱን በተመለከተ በእርስዎ እና በ LinguaFlow መካከል ያለውን ሙሉ ስምምነት ይሆናል እንዲሁም ሁሉንም ቀደም ያሉ ስምምነቶችን እና ግንዛቤዎችን ይተካል።

16.2. መተው

የእነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ማንኛውንም መብት ወይም ድንጋጌ ለማስፈጸም ያለመቻላችን እንዲህ ያለውን መብት ወይም ድንጋጌ መተው ተደርጎ አይወሰድም።

16.3. መነጣጠል

የእነዚህ የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ማንኛውም ድንጋጌ ልክ ያልሆነ ወይም ማስፈጸም የማይቻል ሆኖ ከተገኘ፣ እንዲህ ያለው ድንጋጌ ይመታል እና ቀሪዎቹ ድንጋጌዎች ይፈጸማሉ።

16.4. ስደት

እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ወይም በዚህ ውስጥ ያሉትን መብቶችዎን ያለ ቅድመ ጽሁፍ ፍቃዳችን ማስተላለፍ ወይም ማስተላለፍ አይችሉም። እነዚህን የአገልግሎት ውሎች እና ሁኔታዎች ያለ ማስታወቂያ በማንኛውም ጊዜ ልናስተላልፍ እንችላለን።

16.5. ከአቅም በላይ የሆኑ ሁኔታዎች

አያያዥ ያልሆኑን ምክንያቶችን ጨምሮ ነገር ግን በነዚህ ያልተገደበ፣ የተፈጥሮ አደጋዎች፣ የሲቪል ወይም የወታደራዊ ረብሻዎች፣ የሽብርተኝነት ድርጊቶች ወይም የኢንተርኔት ብልሽቶች በመሳሰሉ ምክንያታዊ ቁጥጥራችን ከሚደረግባቸው ምክንያቶች ጋር የመጡ ግዴታዎቻችንን ለመወጣት ባለመቻላችን ምክንያት ተጠያቂ አንሆንም።
